Yoga is proved to remove stress and realign your body and mind. It’s an important part of the breaks hosted by Jenny Cruse on her Wellness Weekends in Cornwall.

Jenny runs a varied programme that includes morning sun salutation, stretching and toning. It’s a great way to greet the day. There’s also Hatha yoga from guest instructor Adrienne.

Once you’re suitably refocused, it’s a great time to explore and take part in some other activities. Work out in the fitness room or go on a guided walk through the beautiful gardens.
