The accommodation at Millpool Grange features three and a half acres of beautiful gardens with two waterfalls, a stream, bridges and plentiful wildlife. It’s an idyllic place to come and relax.
There’s a wildflower meadow and natural areas of woodland bursting with foxgloves, bluebells and harebells. You’ll spot rabbits and shrews, with otters and water vole found here too. It’s a real eco-system and a rare chance to connect with the natural world.

Previously a dance and PE teacher, Jenny Cruse has worked in outdoor pursuits since 1994. Jenny has taught paragliding, wakeboarding, kayaking, windsurfing and more for over two decades.
Together with husband Lester, they lived and worked in St Tropez, France, from 2002 to 2016. They moved back to the UK to set up the Wellness Weekends in Cornwall and to pass on some their extensive knowledge.
